Where the time goes

The visit is done. Now you have to rebuild it.

Photos are in one place, notes are in another, and the report is still waiting. That second round of work is what FieldSeen is built to reduce.

01

Photos lose their meaning

A camera roll remembers the image—not the property, room, visit, or reason it mattered.

02

Notes live somewhere else

Condition details, follow-up needs, and photos have to be matched together after the visit.

03

The report gets built twice

You document the property once, then reconstruct the same inspection again for someone else.

The FieldSeen workflow

Document it once. Keep the context.

FieldSeen follows the inspection from the property to the report, so the details do not need to be pieced together later.

Capture each room while you are standing in it.

Record condition, notes, and photo evidence on your phone. Each detail stays connected to the correct area and inspection.

02

Clear review

Open the completed visit from your property history and see the evidence in context.

03

Professional output

Export a photo-backed PDF without rebuilding the inspection from scattered files.

Why FieldSeen exists

“The inspection should be organized before you drive away—not reconstructed from photos when you get back.”
Built from real property-management work.

FieldSeen is being shaped with independent operators who know the cost of scattered evidence, repeated admin work, and unclear property records.

Before the walkthrough

Straight answers.

Who is the founding pilot for?

Independent property managers, landlords, inspectors, and small residential operators who personally perform or supervise inspections. The strongest early fit is roughly 10–150 units.

What inspections does FieldSeen support?

FieldSeen currently supports move-in, routine, and move-out inspections for single-family and multifamily residential properties.

Does it work without internet service?

Not yet. The current pilot requires reliable connectivity for authoritative saves and photo uploads. Offline inspection and synchronization are not part of the current promise.

Can my whole team use it?

The founding pilot is designed around an individual operator. Team invitations, assignments, organization accounts, and role controls are not available yet.

Walk the property. Document the condition. Leave with the report.
